Covid-19 arrangements
The consultation will be done either by limited face to face consultation or by Telehealth.
Face to face consultations will occur with social distancing, Dr Liz will sit behind the reception desk and the child and one adult in the far corner of the waiting room. If examination is required this is limited.
Flourish Paediatrics no longer has reception staff.
We have an online booking system, see side bar.
Do not call the practice to book an appointment.
Please use the online booking system. The fees and Medicare rebates are available in the fees tab and are subject to change.
You need a valid GP referal if you want to claim Medicare
Please email through referral before the appointment
For those families who are not eligible for Medicare or do not wish to obtain a referral Dr Liz is happy to see you without a referral.
For all new patients it would be appreciated if you could complete the Registration form, on the drop down menu Appointment> registration form.
